technically he is married, wala lang nag pa annulment. dako og gasto nya mahal man gud, pero ikaw na iyang bag-ong love ron. kung maka tigom siguro ni imo bf, ma process na ang annulment nya i think pakaslan naka niya.

according to legal opinion and comments :
if a married guy claims he is not in contact with his wife for 7yrs. i mean no communication ( letters, etc ) as proof of communication. it is applicable for separation.
ask a lawyer.
