I just want the best VGA I could have for my budget since it seems like my VGA is a bit off of my unit.

you can use that card you have now as dedicated PhysX for whatever new card you're buying (Nvidia or ATI/AMD)

yes it is. but we suggest you go higher than the minimum required of the VC for your own good.

this selection is good. just try to use the supplier adaptor for additional pcie-power. then test for stability sa 12v+ using voltmeter while stress-testing the whole system. if stable go, if not sell psu ang get a new one to replace it...
