^^ i think lahi sad ang WANTED LISTINGS bai. naa naman na silay case maong wanted na na sila. IMO dili maayo nga ni akusar ka sa tao diri sa estorya (complete details pajud + pics). Imagina if ang mga creditcard holders nato diri wala kabayad a ila creditcard then i-post ila pics og details, sugot kaha sad sila? utang man gihapon nang creditcard dba?
bisan sa newspaper bai..naa may mga NOTICE to the public diha..mostly guro ana nila kay nakadispalgo og kwarta, but dili gihapon pwede nga i POST sa newspaper unsa ila sala. pwede man sila makiha if buhaton na sa isa ka companya..just my 2 cents..
So much discussions and OT's when the simple answer to this is "It's Illegal"
But the authorities will not come after this (if the alleged is not yet proven guilty under the judicial court), it should be the one being posted who can/should counter this one by suing for libel a.k.a Written Defamation.
Because everybody is innocent until proven guilty by the court of law.

mau nay giingun nga "kung nagtinarung paka, tarungun unta ka!"
naa ko'y questions:
1) na report na ba ni niya sa iyang barangay where d transaction took place before niya gpost ang
picture dinhi?
2) napa blotter ba ni niya in any police station before cya ni post sa picture dinhi?
if not, then the ts is in bad position if resbakan cya sa person nga iya gpost, ang ts pa ang mapriso and maka multa hehe
