i think the purpose of that thread was as a warning to sellers and newbies, not to belittle or harass the person... the picture was there for reference for sellers... what if wala 2y picture but with name lang, dako ug chance nga mangutang xa sa lain using someone else's name... dali ra baya ang pagdala ug lain name, lisud pag ilis sa nawng ... ^^^sak2 si FAQ... Still I stand expressing what I have to say with regard to the question or topic
Its more of a defamation than warning regarding the posting of the alleged photo along with the allegations and some unnecessary remarks.

and if mao man gani with reference to you recent responses...let those "victims" come forward
and form a legal alliance against the alleged and this should not be a desperate case against
suspect and makes the post or announcement legitimate and its a matter of locating or rounding this "mangingilad" up

dili sad ko sure ha... dili sad ko abogado but I think you don't need a permit to sell exotic pets unless it's classified as endangered or critically endangered under our law...

Mamaligya ka bisan unsa and its another case if u sell something illegal..I think u need a permit to do business. and not because the law doesnt bother about it nag pasabot nga you dont need a license or permit on things that the law requires
