Training is not only who is strongest--it's also about who is smartest. This is why it's called a class. You don't only grow biceps in BUD/S, you also grow in intellect, and some SEALs out there have IQs of superior or very superior, with average physiques. "Hell Week" is mostly psychological--most of these guys already underwent several months of physical torture, so anad na na sila sa kakapoy--what makes most of the other guys ring the bell is the psychological torture--which if you have a sharp mind, will allow you to overcome and succeed.
Not sure if this is posted here yet, but they got the guys who shot down the chopper:

SEALs killed were on a rescue mission
Nope. Recent reports indicate they were NOT on a rescue mission.
Defense Secretary Panetta is asked not to identify slain U.S. Navy SEALS - NBCActionNews.com - Kansas City
...The 22 Navy SEAL commandos killed when their helicopter was shot down by the Taliban weren't on one of their usual secret assault missions. Military sources confirm the SEALS were called in to chase down a group of Taliban on the run.
Army rangers already on the ground were looking for the Taliban leader, when some insurgents started to escape. The rangers didn't need rescuing, they just called for backup. That's contrary to what some military sources said just after the crash when they suggested the SEALS were helping pin down troops. It's all raising questions why so many SEALS were on single vulnerable helicopter...

A lot of questions have been raised about this incident.
- Why was DEVGRU tasked as a QRF? That's not their job.
- Why was a CH-47 ferrying a Tier-1 SOF Unit? They created the 160th for that job.
- Too many HSLD guys on one chopper.
- How in the hell did the Taliban have the slightest luck hitting a bird retrofitted with advanced countermeasures ...at night ...while also engaged in a gunfight with a Ranger unit?
But still, RIP to these brave warriors.
