I'm in no way to tell you how to do your dealings with her and since you posted here we are also entitled to our opinions. You might considering closing this thread; why? she didn't confirm nor deny her arrears to you and your proliferating her picture and name on the net, it discredits her character as a person for 3k..and believe me if you have papers to put that she owes you money you could go charge her with estafa. on the other hand she could put you on a libel charge for your post. and she has a whole lot of evidence..well not directly but still try to put your self into her side. again, just sayin' =)

She could file a libel suit, but I doubt she'd do it.

Despite prior knowledge of her obligations, she illicitly left the premises with her belongings which would support the premise that she has no intentions of coming back, let alone settle the unpaid amount.
