    Ako weight rn 168lb from 179, 5'6 ang height.
    Akoprogram kay m-chest,biceps
    W-shoulder,back,triceps
    F-balik pag monday,
    Then tuesday thursday cardio, 10km jogging.. Ok ra pd na nga program? D man ko kalugar ug taga adlaw pd ad2 gym gd.

    para nako sir dili pd maayo nga taga adlaw ka mag gym. Allocate jud ka ug rest day (or day nga dili kaayo stress imo workout) para sa imo lawas. Just my info, ambot lang kaha unsa katambag sa uban

    Ang imo Wed na schedule sir kai sobra ra. Ok ra pud imo cardio, ako kai 2-3 times a week ko mag jog min. of 10k. Unsa d i imo target? Gaining or trimming?

    If di ka kalugar, ako suggestion kai:
    M - Chest and tricep
    W - Back and Shoulder
    F - Bicep and Tricep
    Mao ni ako program karon kai busy na man.
    If gaining imong gusto, 1 body part ra jud per day for maximum results.

    Good choice sir! Mao na akong 1st supplement, mao nai naka adik nakog gym kai dali ra kaayog results. Sakit lang kaayo sa bulsa nako.
    Ako suggestion inom kag 2 scoops after workout sir.

    Ako goal bossing kay 145-161lb then abs nga murag makina,. Haha,. Then porma pd lawas,
    Imu pasabot na one body part per day bah, as in tanan jd exercise ana nga part imu i-execute?
