    hey guys since were sharing, here's mine

    build - small-medium framed
    height - 5'5

    2008 stats:
    weight - i dangled from 210-215 but the highest weight i had was 220lbs, body fat of 40-41%
    bench press - a lousy 30lbs + bar. lol
    deadlifts - 50 + bar
    squats - waley~ hahaha
    cardio - averaging 2-3km per session, ave speed of 8km/h, 3x a week

    present
    weight - lowest i got down to was 134(sick, dehydrated) but i usually dangle at 136-138lbs. body fat still at 16-18%
    bpress - max i got to was 120lbs + bar(with NO+whey) but if wala i just maintain 100-110lbs + bar
    dlifts - 140lbs + bar
    squats - 100lbs + bar (i just recently included it sa ako program)
    cardio - i do about 5-6km jogs @ 12km/h speed straight, 2x/week and if kaya pa sa powers, a bit of biking(around 20km) after.


    i doubt though maparehas pko ka ripped nila mio and sa uban kay grabe jud ko kadako sa una, and naa juy excess skin dili malikayan. akong abs matabunan gyud huhu. pero health-wise, satisfied nako kay normal na ako BMI, i rarely get sick, i have good endurance and high energy levels na karon. and i'm pretty strong and well-conditioned for my size and body type :P

    still di ko mu give up na magpadayun hangtod unsay pinaka kaya maabtan sa akong lawas para continuous lang akong pag-improve ug di pod mu fall off sa wagon. let's keep up the healthy lifestyle guys!

    apil ko beh since nalingaw napud ko ug alsa2x..

    i started karon lng jud na year.. last MAY ko ng sugod.. ni try sako ug one month sa coach pacquiao kng unsa jud naa ani and gusto sad ko ma sure kng gnhn bah jud ko before ko mo kuha ug annual.. den adto na time bsan mura di ksaligan ang trainor ky di ko ksabot usahay mg sulti di man lng mo sulti unsa to na exercise ako gibuhat pero nkatabang ghpn to xa.. den after a month mura nndot ako pamnaw mao ni kuha nko annual membership pero nibalhin nko ug gym sa metrosports na.. pg 1st month nko ni kuha ko PT ky para mas makbalo ko sa mga basic pg au ng naa pud mo spot.. den after a month ako2x nlng.. pero ng struggle ko ky ni hinay ang gaining nko mao usahay mwagtangan ko gana mao to ako gi chek balik ako gipang buhat kng sakto bah.. sakto jud c bro mio ako pud nagkalibog kng asa nga program ang nndot.. den nkahinumdom ko naa man diay ko amigo pud na nag bodybuilding mao 2 nangau ko niya ug program.. as ako nasabtan puros jud trial and error ang program dli tnan suitable sa imo ha.. pero karon gnhn ko sa iya program.. mgpa salamat diay ko ni bro FRED1981 ug ni bro MIO ky cge ko PM ani nila before ky cge ko pangutana..

    STARTING STAT:
    110 LBS , 5'7"

    after 3 months and still going will not stop ..heheh

    125 LBS nko.. and i feel more stronger..

    SUPPLEMENTS:
    ON serious mass
    PROMATRIX
    ON AMINO 2222

    WORKOUT (3X A WEEK):
    MON - SHOULDER / ARMS (bicep/tri)
    WED - LEGS
    FRI - CHEST / BACK
    ABS 3x a week..

    I gained 25lbs in 25 days, w/ some fat of course but if your goal is to gain weight then you have nothing to worry about.

    Also, please to all who idolize the bodybuilders out there. Bodybuilders never did ISOLATION exercises on the first years of their training. It's all about building a huge strong foundation w/ barbells, then they chiseled their bodies w/ isolation exercises

    If you want, you can buy the education of a bodybuilder by arnold schwarzenegger.

    150 aq DL, nya naka 100 q sa Shoulder press

    aq bench ky 130 ra tawn.. nya sa rows ky 90 pa jd hehe


    pa dako ta balik bai hehe lahi rmn jd ang workout uie f mag squat ka.. mas lami jd ang feeling sa sakit sa paa

    kusgana nimo oy! 100lbs na imo shoulder press w/o bar? pila ka lbs inyo bar? naa may 10kg, naa say 13kg sa club ultima.

    Drink milk jud bro, then rice pirmi, then eat ka daghan, if you want to bulk. hahahaha maanad rana imong legs. di man jud mo sakit ako hahahaha

    A little motivation, Pain doesn't tell you when you ought to stop. Pain is the little voice in your head that tries to hold you back because it knows IF YOU CONTINUE, YOU WILL CHANGE. Don't let it stop you from being who you CAN BE. Exhaustion tells you when you ought to stop. You only reach your limit when you can go no further.
