hey guys since were sharing, here's mine
build - small-medium framed
height - 5'5
2008 stats:
weight - i dangled from 210-215 but the highest weight i had was 220lbs, body fat of 40-41%
bench press - a lousy 30lbs + bar. lol
deadlifts - 50 + bar
squats - waley~ hahaha
cardio - averaging 2-3km per session, ave speed of 8km/h, 3x a week
present
weight - lowest i got down to was 134(sick, dehydrated) but i usually dangle at 136-138lbs. body fat still at 16-18%
bpress - max i got to was 120lbs + bar(with NO+whey) but if wala i just maintain 100-110lbs + bar
dlifts - 140lbs + bar
squats - 100lbs + bar (i just recently included it sa ako program)
cardio - i do about 5-6km jogs @ 12km/h speed straight, 2x/week and if kaya pa sa powers, a bit of biking(around 20km) after.
i doubt though maparehas pko ka ripped nila mio and sa uban kay grabe jud ko kadako sa una, and naa juy excess skin dili malikayan. akong abs matabunan gyud huhu. pero health-wise, satisfied nako kay normal na ako BMI, i rarely get sick, i have good endurance and high energy levels na karon. and i'm pretty strong and well-conditioned for my size and body type :P
still di ko mu give up na magpadayun hangtod unsay pinaka kaya maabtan sa akong lawas para continuous lang akong pag-improve ug di pod mu fall off sa wagon. let's keep up the healthy lifestyle guys!
