make sure that the store where you are gonna buy your appliances, is not just a store from somewhere, it should be located to a place where you can be assured of quality, say SM, ayala.

TS you can report your ire to DTI. as far as i know if your sellings electronics specially brand new entitled jud ang buyer to a warranty. di na pwede na wala coz ang manufacturer and distributor naa nay enclosed na warranty to the retailer. sop na sa tanan. if surplus ang item well its up to the reseller kung muhatag sila ug personal warranty BUT before the purchase sop jud to inform the buyer sa warranty inclusions unsay covered and up to what duration.

dapat before ka nipalit ni ask nka daan sa terms of warranty kay usually basta mga electronic supply ang ila baligya nga amplifier kay kasagaran 3days to 1 week ang warranty. pero kung gusto ka ug taas2x ang warranty better to buy new sakura amplifier sa SM kanang mga namaligya ug audio products like Soundroom, JB Music or Salonga pero ang nakaapan kay taas sila ug presyo compared sa mga electronis supply sa Downtown. Think about it...
