Sad news, but why am I not surprised?
Sad news, but why am I not surprised?
hala. basin sad gituyo na sa america para magtuo ang mga taliban nga patay na ang mga nipatay ni bin laden dayon di na resbakan. pero RIP to the poor souls. sad to say but killing bin laden is a good thing.
This is a good time to bring this up. Innocent remarks like this, made nonchalantly by people casually talking over dinner, over coffee, online in internet chatrooms/forums, is often the seeds of a "conspiracy theory" in the making. So I won't be surprised if, a week or so from now, some YouTube video will pop up out of nowhere stating that this was a deliberate act, done by the US Gov't itself, to "cover up" the "loose ends" of the Osama bin Laden raid.
And btw, that chopper didn't only contain Navy SEAL operatives (though indeed, they were a majority):
- 5 crew members (US ARMY),
- 19 U.S. Navy SEALs
- 1 Afghan interpreter
- 7 Afghan commandos
- 3 FAC (Forward Air Controllers, US AIR FORCE)
- 1 military working dog
So it's important to note that this isn't some kind of "SEAL-only" incident.

maka huna2 lang mo ni crash man gani ang new helicopter nila sa America, unsa nalang kaha ma 2nd hand helicopters dire sa pinas sah nga panahon pa sa vietnam war.hahahaha

This only proves that no one is invincible.

I wouldn't be surprised if one of these days Pakistan's ISI will be link into this tragic incident. After the killing of Bin laden the relationship of their intillegence units went sour. Pwede sad nga trap to gibuhat sa mga taliban. Kunuhay naay mga dagkong tae nga target ug gipasulod lang sa laang ang mga SEALS sa Taliban. We cannot discount the fact that Pakistan's ISI has also insiders in the taliban which they can feed advance warning. Of course they will deny this. Just my opinion but could happen. Call this conspiracy theory if you want.
2nd time around it happen..fresh pa kaayo ang katong story sa lone survivor then naa pud ni..tsk tsk tsk ..sayanga ani nila uy....
A remark that reeks of naïveté.
Just to clarify. Actually this is not the second tragic incident involving a Chinook--there are several others--but it is indeed correct that this is the second one that has SEALs involved as fatalities.
