by the way guys... the humans where eradicated from the face of the earth by the disease caused by the serum that was used on the ape, that was unfortunately inhaled by the lab personnel and then transferred to the airline pilot and so on... the apes are immune to the serum making them the dominant species on the planet with their increase intelligence they were able to create the ape civilization, while the human population is plague with the disease. making the earth "THE PLANET OF THE APES"
