Encourage him into sports bata pa kaayo na maboang og gadgets...
Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball just to make him stay away from being addicted to pc games or gadgets..
Note: if masugdan nana og kaungo sa comp. lisod na kaayo na mapugngan

same thing i would suggest with iamalbertrebs. Dapat sports gyud bai. Times are different and we can't have our children getting obese or something.
Chess set. scrabble set or any mind games.
A magic sing also will do the trick.
At this age the kid needs to maximize his brain.
The more mental activities he got the more the brain creates more connections or synapses in his neurons which maximizes the growth of the brain.
At the age of 12 the brain stops making these connectors for the neurons.
that is why before 12 years old you need to maximize the use of his brain through these mental activities if you want your kids to be smarter.

that's not true. if naai grupo na psp/ps3/console addicts naa pud mga sports/books/puzzle enthusiasts. varied ang crowd sa school.
don't immediately conclude that "everyone" is into the same thing. di baya preha hilig mga bata.
ato bitaw grade school ko naa baya ko mga classmates na dili interesado sa family computer or books. naa pud uban na hilig ug hardy boys, archie or d&d.
