1. SYSTEM ENGINEER

2. Support, administer and troubleshoot Microsoft windows and Unix operating systems, MS SQL and Oracle Databases and backup solutions
3. Responsible for capacity planning, testing, tuning, configuration and setup of Microsoft windows and Unix services
4. Perform daily backup operations to ensure all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary
5. Contribute to and maintain standards, policies and procedures and related documentation
6. Work as a key technical resource on any assigned technology projects
7. Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing and response
8. Perform routine preventative maintenance and review on all hardware, security, capacity planning and monitoring on a routine and scheduled basis
9. Repair and recover from hardware or software failures by coordinating with the parties involved
10. Maintain and monitor data center environmental and monitoring equipment

Requirements:
11. Degree/diploma in IT or its equivalent discipline
12. 1 to 4 years of relevant experience
13. Relevant IT certification (MCSE/ MCITP/ OCP)
14. Excellent customer service skills and experience in a professional service environment, with responsibility for supporting multiple applications and platforms
15. Good verbal and written communication skills
16. Strong problem solving skills

· Windows System Administrator + any of the Middleware working experience ( IBM MQ Series, IBM WebSphere Application server, Connect Direct, SSH, Veritas Cluster Server).
· PM needs administrator, no technical support
