    always ra ba me maka receive invalid transfer from Q DMG..naka escalate nako ug agents kay d mada..I hope tarongOn pud ang training...kay ok lang if ma happen once...almost every shift daghan kaau invalid transfers..sigh*..ma init nalang ang ulo sa mga agents from my dept. I hope ok ang management diha

    I'm planning to apply sa qualfon duma...bahalg ni awol ko sa cebu branch.. hehee.. I would prefer nga adto dumaguete kaysa anhi sa cebu kay mas peaceful akong utok then i know nga ma makat on jud ko ug barog did2 ug akoa... hope naa clay hiring...

    When I was with Qualfon, I was working with the email department. Customers would send complain emails about reps not able to communicate in English properly. When I check the last agents (or the trending list of agents), it was from Dumaguete.

    I hope it no longer happens.

    i dont think naa sa among center ang problem. coz among mga agents gipa-work on day off man sad... and wa koy nabalitaan nga nk-encounter among center og any problem.

    i was also in the e-mail department before. and what ive noticed is that most of your kana agents do not know how to address customers' issue. template ra intawon ilang gn-send, wa jd lamang g-personalize. mao mg-cge cla e-mail balik. with regard to problems with communication, I admit dghan jd sa among center ang affected ani, mao makalibog nganu gpang-accept cla. but lately ive noticed nga medyo higpit na sad ang HR, dghan kong amigo nga medyo gipit sa english and wala gdawat. guol sad ko kay ako mansad ang ng-recommend nila.

    1. There are guidelines to follow on what to do and what to respond to the emails. The templates are there for easy and fast processing of email responses. I'm sure you are aware that we(as Kana agents) are not suppose to rely on the template but rather use for ease of typing.

    2. Are you referring to Cebu or Dumaguete?
