you mean that our country is poor because of that provision? I think it's not and the root cause of our problem is deeper than that. It's just a shallow thing to attribute to our staggering economy.

it does not follow that when there are 2, 3 or more people or countries doing it that it is already the right thing to do. besides, different countries have different principles in running their government. It is just a PLUS that foreigners can make business here in our country but we don't have to sell to them our body and soul.
