Bro, for VC, why not go for 6950 2GB reference? you have a chance to unlock it to a 6970 with vBIOS tweak. Money saved can go for 2500k

agree regarding VC going 6950 instead.
with rams, you can save 2k getting the CL8 vs CL7 on the G.Skill 8GB 1600MHz.
you can save also 1k to 2k also on PSU instead of going modular if you don't mind the cables.
