will this is a case to case basis, depending on what is the prevailing network operator available in the area e.g GLOBE or SMART but for me as an icafe operator in rural area i am using smartbro plan 999 it is not good enough especially on downloading it is not so reliable, not to mention on unforgiving weather conditions. but as if i have a choice better than nothing, what i did to make downloading and uploading better, i installed internet accelerator pro., and did some tweaks in it,so during good weather condition it really works better though, perhaps i dreamed that one day a faster and efficient wireless connection will come to available in every places (wishful thinking lol) and also in the other hand using prepaid usb modems good only on selected areas,of course if there is cellular sites and probably GPRS connection is possible for sure..but not recommended for icafe business..

naa ko g develop ana bai, bandwidth limited kada PC sa internet cafe, para bahala ug mg youtube pang tanan workstations, limited lng cla sa ila bandwidth allocation para fair sa tanan

o bro pero no matter how you allocate the bandwidth, ma naa mag duwa or wala kay taas jud ang latency bro. wireless connections na internet is not good for gaming. og walay mag duwa ang latency nimo kay naa sa manga 200+ if naay mo brose ana or mag youtube kay mo abot na og more then 300+, og dili ka mo tu-o bro kay sulayi lang.
