NBI is one of the best example of how incompetent the government is. It's true that if you were previously hit and cleared then they should be taking your name out of the system and not go through the same process every time you renew.

This is a waste of time.

It's still a waste of time to both parties. If you got hit, do you need to bribe them or anything before they will clear you? I think you'll just have to go through interrogation.

cge ra mo reklamo oi, this just show a very bad trait as a filipino, mag cge pangita ug sayup sa uban without realizing why it happend like that. In Japan or in US, if they find something inefficient for example some federal offices or government office system is inefficient, they give suggestions on improvements rather than whine in a forum and gain sympathy.

Cge daw, if you guys where to design and correct the NBI clearance system; hopw would you design the specification behind it;
points to consider:
-remember its a clearance system, not a registration system.
-how to handle 'hit' names like (1)persons with similar names (2)person with similar names and surnames (3) persons with similar names and surnames in the same address [this is possible]
-people change thier image; people become thin/fat, hair grow/bald, etc.

ge daw beh suggest daw mo, ayaw mo cge reklamo.. if maka suggest mo unsaon pag manage sa 'hit' then ill shut up. If not then that explains everything why the NBI system works as a 'clearance' not a 'registration' system. Kelangan pa ba iexplain na?

Ang pinaka the best aning NBI kay... "FIX THE FIXER!", yati ra lantaran kaayo mga fixer sa gawas... Gobyero intawn..

for me, boss kay fix the system kay dugay na kau ni unya walay improvement...mao gani naay fixer kay tungod sa mga taw na ni suffer sa system..

lain lagi ako experience, ma-hit ko pero everytime i apply for a clearance, then i just return a couple of days later then ready na, no interviews and all that...

it's been more than a month and wala pa gyud tawn ko nakakuha ug clearance. na bweset na gyud ko ani. sure, hit daw ko, pero no updates. i've called/visited every other day. hasol na gyud kaau.

wouldn't it be nice if
1) the moment you are born, a number is assigned to you
2) this will serve as your SSS, Philhealth, (later on) driver's license number, etc.
3) instead of being based on first or last name, your "serial number" will be reference to any kind of legal document that you process

i'm sure this would greatly lessen problems like these. but then again, bati-a sad anang styla. dili na sad ta ka tago2x if feel nato mag tago2x... nyahaahaa
