I was about to type in my explanation when halfway through I realized useless man ghapon cause:
    1.) You're an MSI fanboy.
2.) Your idea that shrouds does the cooling
    3.) this

maypa mu palit nalang og reference model and kamo nalay OC, ang extra money to be used for aftermarket coolers or watercooling.
    right cause they're cheaper

    4.) this

basically changed the pcb color and some tweaks on the shroud design.
    I adore your observation skills

    5.) this

stating facts is now pointless and biting to every marketing strat manufacturers throw is acceptable?
and you're reason vouching for MSI is?

    6.) this

Practically speaking a difference between 100mhz in clock speed doesn't even do much to actual performance unless the benchmark game is from 10 years ago.
Unreal Tournament will have a much "noticeable" increase in performance than Crysis 2?

    7.) this

probably a lot hotter in actual (local ambiet temps) than MSI TFIII which basically is everyhting a lot better than the sapphire one.
your facts? You didn't even read the reviews you posted on your links.

@Sempron Guy - So posting an example of a better card makes me automatically a fan of the brand?. Did I even say that the shroud does the cooling, you should learn to read and comprehend properly, All they did was tweak the design of the damn shroud for better exhaust and used the same vapor design heatsink of the reference model <--- SABTA. They can't even label their damn boxes right.

I'm not even using an ati card nor a non reference model for that matter, citing an example of a better product is automatically being a fan? Defending a product simply because its ATI or AMD kana noon klaro.

most if not all reference design 6950's will do those clocks easily i think. if the price for these are 1-2k more than the reference then maybe - anymore, then go straight for 6970 instead.
