I'm living just about 200 meters from Perfect Body in Basak.
But I prefer to workout at Yokok's Gym in Consolacion.

At yokok's: 300/month + fare + food = still cheaper than working out in Perfect Body.
Plus, I get to jog at a nearby empty subdivision (with lots of trees; like the 'community' feel), where a lot of people jog too before working out. This is a big plus for me.

I've seen the equipment at Perfect Body and its nice and high-end.
Yokok's is good and decent/just right for my budget. There are westerners who regularly workout there too - they're quite contended with the facilities (though they can maybe afford to go at a higher-priced gym).
