problems are still quite a few but mostly with the drivers such as for the sensors, modem, and what not. but the whole UI itself already works.. currently a lot of people are identifying android apps as well that currently works or crashes with the current state.

if this is already polished... it's most likely that our phone will be dual-booting Bada and Android since the ROM in the phone will still carry the Bada....

same with me.. i can already settle with this phone.. more to that android is already in its near completion and stability...

i'm a member on that site too.. but i'm very much active on another site where these people working on the WaveDroid project is active as well. my other wave phone is one of the so called "lab rats".. ^_^

during the porting stage... the group had lost 2 Wave units actually just to make this project possible... but it very much paid off well enough. ^_^

grabe nga sacrifice.. 2 units gyd overheat. after it was ported and tested, certain functions causes the hardware to become like overclocked or the processor goes infinite looping resulting a fast rise in temperature.

hmm.. i think i'll be going 1 year this August with my Wave.. nipalit lang gyd ko ug extra usa p gyd ky gusto ko mo kuri2x ani just for added knowledge lng pd on this model that carried Samsung's flagship OS gyd.

mga wave owners (s8500), how would this phone fair against samsung ace (kung naa puy naka-hands on sa ace diria)? im planning to buy a second-hand phone diria sa istorya.net, daghan nag offer ug ace ug wave na barato ra. I've done my research unya i'm leaning towards the wave kay mas nindot ug screen ug hardware over all, unya di pud kaayo ko particular sa mga apps, basta naa lay decent software for browsing and for opening office documents, unya pangkuha ug photos sa mga houses and lots (murag more or less the same ra man tingale ang ila image quality).

ang akong main concern is the UI and messaging kay wala pa man ko katry ug hands on ani nila na mga phones. asay mas smooth ang dagan sa UI ug mas convenient pang text between sa wave ug sa ace?

Wave user ko sauna, nindot gyud ang phone. Stable sad kaayo ang bada OS. wala koy reklamo gyud maski gamay its even great for watching movies kay SAMOLED ang screen. Although I sold my wave to get the Galaxy S1 sauna, thumbs up gyud kaayo ang wave. Id recommend that over the Ace.
