ok na mga write ups diha sa taas but kini nga statement;

mao ni gusto nako ipangutana sa TS kay u can not just simply make tunnel sa internet without intervention sa isp... how they do that? just wanted to know...

@OT: ISP/Telco's is using Technical Censorship which can be bypassed by a secure & encrypted connection " VPN Tunneling " is for example, i think the only way to terminate someones connection is by a Full Block which means pulling the plugs.
