I think there is a certain range in your age gap where it would look a bit negative.
My girlfriend is 4 years older than me. There ain't much wrong with younger men dating older women.
However, only to a certain gap. Say maybe; a 6-8 year age gap would be fine. 10 would be okay but some might find it uncomfortable. 20 would certainly be... well, we all know how it goes. But the 30 or so years age gap, they have to make laws about that! it's like... dating your mom!!!

well, honestly for me, makapalingi jud cya.. and sometimes that's in a positive way or a negative way.. it's interesting to see a couple nga dako ug age gap, labi na ug claro kaayo sa appearance.. also, i sometimes have this thought in the back of my head nga, "kabit ni ay" or "sugar mommy/daddy ay".. labi nag sophisticated kaayo ang older one nya teenyboppers kaayo ang younger.. yes, i admit.. quite prejudicial of me..

but that's because of appearances lang.. if we really had away to know if sincere ba jud sila with each other, then that would be good.. but if you just see them strolling around sa malls.. well, attention catcher jud..
