@TS: 500W True Rated Psu kailangan bro...see how the PSU requirements of your card was detailed in their website. These Cards are not so powerful so it don't need a higher wattage PSU's but need a stable true rated one.

PC HD5670 1gb ddr3 128bit hdmi is higher that 4670. better performance
