i think this planking thing started in europe ages ago, plankings how they used to transport african slaves,they stacked them as if they were boxes,the bottom ones died (ofc who will survive ) and they were discarded as if theyre not human beings just like if your on a game. .

then a kiwi brought this up to oz and kids have started doing this as they think its cool but its now illegal here due to a guy fell through his death due to overbalancing and being intoxicated. its not really safe.

yes it is a fad but i doubt that it will go anytime soon so it'll be interesting to see how long the fad lasts
