i like enemy at the gates but i doubt its if most of the characters have existed in real life. vassili zaitzev may have existed but i doubt his super sniper enemy, major konig. their duel maybe was added to spice up the movie. there are even doubts if vassili zaitzev's accomplishments are true or just part of the russian propaganda.

the most realistic movie thats based on documented events and real characters is the band of brothers series. hope more movie series like it will come out.

michael wittman who is considered as the greatest tank commander that ever lived, has also very colorful story and i hope somebody will make a film out of it.
