James Michener for me lang ha. grabee kaayo ang scope sa iyang mga books. Informative kaayo and at the same time, it touches a part of your humanity (corny pero serious ko). Especially The Drifters. grabee. Kinsa naka basa ug james Michener diri kay hagkan nako...hehehehe. ug si gabriel garcia marquez. sakit kaayo sa dughan iyang mga libro. thomas hardy, edgar allan poe ug chuck palahnuik!!!! hahaha, di man siguru ni best authors of our time, favorite authors man siguru ni!!

The Sum of All Fears taxed me. but it was more emotional than the movie, with Cathy Ryan's depression and all... and finally when Jack and Cathy get it together after Cathy learns how faithful yet hapless his husband has been after she's been accusing him of fooling around.
LUDLUM - cos i'm young naive and down on history some of the references in his books make me lost... but i love his action scenes and he has a LOT of scenes where his heroes disarm armed assailants and injure them.
(which is what the makers of the Matt Damon Bourne movies are trying to portray by using our very own FMA)
Reading the MATARESE CIRCLE and HOLCROFT COVENANT, i was inspired to assassinate my 4th year H.S. physics teacher but never went through with it... twas too risky.
Loved the solid character arc in HOLCROFT...
DEAN KOONTZ - very fast reads. can also be emotional reads. and scary ones too...
The first time I read Erich Segal's "Love Story", I was dumbfounded. I want more. Oliver's Story somewhat frustrates me, but thank God I read it after I read all his other fiction works. "The Class" moved me. "Prizes", "Doctors" and "Acts of Faith" are good read.
I like David Morrel's "Brotherhood of the Rose". Been searching for it for more than 10 years, and I got hold of it 3 years ago.
