Is it possible nga mods will post a warning sa thread na it will be closed if dili mo "behave" ang mga nag post? Just asking. Imong gi read ato kay ang first ug ang last post ra (as you said on your post). Murag 30 pages naman tali to kapin so is it enough to make judgement?

Anyway just asking. Dili baya ko ka butang sa link ato diri kay gi search nako ang title pero wala ko kita. Maybe next time I will do a thorough search

Mods have certain privileges that are necessary to make them more effective.

Most of the time we put "warning posts" specially sensitive topics. If this doesn't work, then a lock or deletion will take place along with handing out infractions.

If there would be a leaderboard here , I think I probably am the one who had BANNED , MUTED , INFRACTED forumers and LOCKED and CLOSED threads the most because of the nature of the assigned sub forum ( POLITICS , GENERAL CHITCHAT , SPORTS SECTION ) were it is obviously the haven of the people who will either end up insulting , bashing , threatening and trolling .

ka relate gyud ko bro. back in the day when even bums used the internet to incite conflict its not a pretty business being a mod. iwas pud ko anang debate if mod para dili ingnon 'palaban sa access' para makadaug ug lalis.

if a debate is ongoing i stop being a user and start being a mod. too bad after that di nako ka participate. if you say i can i still rather not. that's my personal principle. maskin wala gani ka labot tirahan man gani ka (baiting) labi na kung jologs ang usa ka lalis.

To all those who wants to participate , please do it in a diplomatic way to avoid chaos and offtopic .

I made the UNOFFICIAL EVALUATION to see what you guys think of MODERATORS sa forums both active and inactive but obviously ang mahatagan ninyo ug inputs are ang active lang since some mods are already inactive for years or lurkers na lang .

Anyways , just give inputs mapa positive or negative sa mga moderators . This is one way of finding out the standing and quality of leadership being addressed in the forums . Kung negative gani ang inputs ninyo , mas maayo naay basis why naka evaluate mo ana , ayaw mo kahadlok since this is also a way of us finding out what we are missing basta di lang below the belt ang opinions ninyo .

You guys can start with whoever you want to commend or kung naa mo suggestion na style of moderating na usbon anang specific na mod kay wala mo naka uyon basta naa lang siya sa boundaries sa rules and regulations of the forums .

Basta always remember , mga MODS diri ... trabaho lang walay personalay .

I am still wondering what makes it so hard for people to evaluate MODS .

You are the 2nd person to say that .

If that is the case , why do I still see a lot of RANTINGS , WHININGS and BITCHINGS about the MODS and yet , this is the venue now to clarify things thru critics .

If you think it is indeed hard to be a mod , you are right . But is it scary ? I dont know ... let the bad boys step in , I will be the one to evaluate kung bad boys ba jud na sila .
