kanang problema inig secure sa NBI clearance sauna ra kau ni nga issue

Never tried getting a Brgy. Clearance, Police Clearance, Court Clearance ug samut pa NBI Clearance.

First of all lets look at this on a different angle;
Have you consider that this is maybe because of the limitation of their IS system?

What i think is, their system only store the name with those who has criminal record ONLY.
That is why it is called "NBI clearance" not "NBI registration"

So the clearing of the name when somebody got a "Hit" is manual.
Paper checking and documents are manual and not automated.

Isa pa, ang title sa TS na 'unfair' and 'retiree' kay really biased,
things like this dont only happen to retiree, tanan taw na makasuway ug hit and mag cge ug renew sa clearance kay makasuway ani.

That's not a excuse. Kahibalo baya na sila na employers require their so-called clearance para sa mga applicante. It has been the case for decades na, nganong hantod karun wala gihapon na nila gi-address ila "limitation." Sila na pirmi ang major bottleneck sa application process. Sila pirmi ang makadala ug kahassle. Unya ang ato baya taxes ang gasweldo sa ilaha, bisan kasimple na lang anah na request to dili na mahit ug usab ang nahit na sauna.

duna NBI clearance sa lawaan talisay sa talisay central square kana duna robinson supermarket naa sa 2nd bldg 2nd floor BUT
suspended or close ang place kay new system naman. naa na sa main. MAYBE we will have to wait for new
deployment of units or system
