@askal: i opened ur link...mo share lang kos akong interpretation nganu nga infracs ka....sa science section..strict na og rules diha.....nya basi sa imong thread "do u believe in werewolf and vampire?"....sa science section f mo comment ka dha....kinahanglan kag evidence nga mo support sa imong comments..karon asa man kag scientific evidence ana??from folklores?? didto ta kas general discussion ng post......kai mada rana imong thread....sa imong second link...ur comment has no scientific evidence.....

in short, do not insult science by posting myths, sakto ba?

Next, kindly read this line:
"Supernatural Assumptions and Components"

And then read this post (Askal's post):

"Do you believe in werewolf and vampire?" (knowing fully well that werewolves and vampires are within the subject of the supernatural)

"Inig abot sa God panghusgahan tong makasasala" (knowing fully well that concepts of the divine and divinity are within the subject of the supernatural)

in short, do not insult science by posting myths, sakto ba?

This has nothing to do with Science being "insulted" or what--this is about rules, and breaking rules. The best way to understand me is to think I'm a machine. Every 5 minutes, I'm instructed to press a blue button if everything is okay, but when everything is not okay i.e. something is wrong, I'm instructed to press a RED button. I saw that something was wrong, so I pressed the red button--as moderator, that is my job. Now if the owners feel I'm a defective detector, then surely I should have been replaced a long time ago, but I haven't been, so I'm still a detector.

I feel like a broken record now. In the public arena, you will always be wrong against any moderator no matter how right you may be. Rule #1 automatically takes precedence over any fact once you complain, rant out publicly, or insult us. This is not a democracy. To those who keep saying that mods' behavior are discouraging users from becoming paying members, keep that thought to yourself. We do not need your loose change.

To those who keep complaining, stop wasting your time here. iSTORYA.NET does not deserve your divine presence. If you go away, away goes one of our problems which in turn will benefit the community in general. Now if you want to stay, do so in accordance with the rules.

Now for the sake of this discussion, you can and you are permitted to point out perceived lapses in moderation but never say that the mod erred in their judgment. Make your case. Contrary to belief, we do listen and as stated earlier, we often reverse infractions if #1) you can point out that we were really wrong; or #2) you acknowledge your mistake and promise to do something to avoid it again.

Bitaw brad ma insult ta sa mods normal ra dili ta maka infraction nila pero kita maka insult ta ug lain istoryans magdagan ang infraction..

ok ra brad no need na magbuhat pako thread ana napay busy kaau dri work kato ra adlawa nakalugar..karon kawat2 nlng ni.

this is one of the examples why someone is getting an infraction...
they do what they want to do even if it's out of the rules...
nagbasa ba jud kaha ni siya sa mga rules...

@askal Infraction serves as a warning. Meaning you've been warned that you have violated a certain rule so don't take it as a negative point but make it a positive one and learn from it, so that the next time you'll post you'll know what is appropriate and what's not.

There's no point arguing with a moderator in public if the violation is clear, it will only lead to a series of violations. If you think it was a mistake to give you an infraction, then send a PM that mod your contrary contention.

Mods have the ability to "police" each other--I believe we can give each other infractions, and Admins of course, have the ability not only to hand out infractions but they have the ability to ban erring Mods outright. I personally received an infraction from Vern at one point, and I don't know why he rescinded it when in fact, I felt I actually deserved it.

that sounds good if we both users and mods/admin are fair and square here in terms of policy

we hope that we can always avail that "rescinded infraction" if mods/admin can clearly evaluate the situation not judging us automatically base of mods/admin emotion
