How can management even cater to your complaints when the post itself is posted in the WRONG section? Mao siguro nga gina-ignore ang uban ninyo nga complaints because you're effectively barking at the wrong tree.

iStorya.net has a support section--air your problems there and NOT in General Discussion or any other thread. The more disciplined and orderly you are, the more efficient the staff can be at addressing your issues/concerns/complaints.
