Kung naa pka record sa ato nga company d jud ka ka balik ug kung same pa sad ang ga dala sa HR department d jud ka ka balik.

dili man mo declare ang hr na nag awol ka...or maski termed pa ang reason why dili naka connected sa imong employer...this is how convergys do it..im not sure if mao ni tanan sa uban employer..
you would have a chance...i know someone who came back after 3 months...but she had a valid reason for her AWOL.
