dili man mo declare ang hr na nag awol ka...or maski termed pa ang reason why dili naka connected sa imong employer...this is how convergys do it..im not sure if mao ni tanan sa uban employer..

let's say mga 3 years ago niAWOL ka sa usa ka company then karon nagChange ug name ang company ug management, naa bay chance makabalik ka sa company. .

i think dako man kaayo ug weight and imo pag exit sa company.. even adto ka apply sa lain mapangutana gyud na sa interview...I think ayaw lang diha oi... if adto ka apply sa lain then ayaw lang na mention.....Bati mana awol unless secured na imo balhinan....
