The change we need. Who should change? People or Government?

its already proven we need a change..people elected NOY2x coz we need a change... but do you think with our system kaya pa nato e leksyon or ipa sabot sa mga yano nga nag gutom ang tiyan nga hey start with your self if you need change... nag rely na sila sa government og kung kinsay maka tabang ana nila dako na ka ayo ng impact nila..

sa atong systema karon kita ra man deri mga naka apas sa issue ang makasabot anang changes nga mag sugod sa atong self.. katong mga nag uma sa bukid nga deli usahay ka paminaw og radyo unsa may kalabutan ato....

Bisan pa'g kapila pa usbon ang systema, kun ang mga tawo nga mo-implementar niana wala mag-usab, useless gihapon. Pero kun mausab ang mga tawo, sayon ra kaayo ang pag-usab sa systema.

taga-an takag example kong manguyab ka inlove ka ayo ka sa girl..pero kay chickboy man ka daghan pag duda ang girl nimo....so deli sya ganahan nimo... so taga-an ka niya og chance to follow this kind of system basin pa diay og ma usab ka and eventually she say yes to you.. willing ka? or bahala na lang sya?

we need a effective government system... ang ka usaban sa atong self kita ray maka tubag ana but talking bout those people nga na sa goberno lisud na nah nato putlon ilang sungay... bisan unsa-on nato og change our self for a better person unya ang uban wa gihapon ma change useless ra.. what we need is a effective system aron makita or ma balanse or ma ibanan or na-ay tay katungod sa pg butang sa atong gusto kong kinsa atong gi toho-on nga maoy maka giya nato..

so karon majority sa pinoy kay nag to-o man gyud nga si NOY2x maka usab nato do you think ma convince niya tanan to change? no kay kita ra mismo maka change sa atong self if gusto nato...

and ang kanang pag change sa kina iya sa tawo lisud ka ayo nah.. mag huwat lang gyud ta sa uban na ma change nya daghan ng na gutman? kada usa ka tawo na-ay baragonan mao gali nah na-ay tay systema sa pag palakad aron tanan maki nabang..

Now here's one question. How can we expect change from people if:

- They're deprived financially
- If people are too busy talking about showbiz, politics from the media
- And hungry coz they have nothing to eat!

Here's a simple analogy

If you have no job, of course you get no money
If you got no money, you can't afford buying food
And if you don't have the money to buy food, you'll starve

Whatcha gonna expect to a person who's hungry? CHANGE?! Are you nuts? Or are you hungry as well?

change should start within the government!

kung ganahan mo ang people ang magchange, hala! pagchange mo dihag inyo! let's see if it's worth changing under a government that only prioritizes the rich! makaingon jud ko nga "ingnan bitaw mong i told you"

If there is something that needs change that would be the government.

A government, can be compared to a parent, and the people are its children. People with no government can't be called a sovereign country. The people needs the government for somebody who could protect them. In a nutshell, people cannot live if there is no governing body. Like children, parents are in authority on what their children should do or not. And teach them right from wrong. Children won't live without their parents. Same goes to people and the government.

I hope this makes perfect sense to you guys.

Temptations come from the people, the government just can't refuse and resist. People must change, specially the attitude. The government will be straightened out if the people will behave well. And, bear in mind that the government is the people, and the people is the government.

I can understand that perhaps you are tired of our system. yes its very tiring to see that our system is not working. In some degree i would agree w/ you that the system itself needs to be improved(changed) but the problem lies within us the people, for you know why, even if we will have a Parliamentary, federal, etc form of government, and if our people and its leaders wont change attitude we will still have the same effect as we have now.

Why i was able to say all these, because, i have been involved in community development. There you can see the impact on how each individual thinking will influence the collective results/output of a particular society.

Its very hard to grasp especially if we are seeing the Philippines as a whole, how would we change the peasants, the laborers, the very poor? maka ingon ba ta nila nga pag usab, bisan wala silay makaon kada adlaw? Lisod kaayo noh kay sa kadaghan sa pobre sa Pinas, pero sayod ang mga community workers, nga pwede ta ma successful sa pg usap sa kinaiya sa mga taw bisan pa unsa sila ka pobre thru small community level upgrading and empowerment, etc. kung baga ginagmay ug inanay (gradual).

Lisod man gud mg usap ta ug system pero ang atoa kultura wala ma usab.

to add, i believed there is an existing community development program of the government. If we will just implement this, it will help alot. Our present system is not perfect but its not that ill also
