naa ghapon ka trabaho ana..pero there are some companies nga after ka e re-profile kay ila ka ipa force leave.

i'm sure there's a good reason why na reprofile ang empleyado, performance could be a factor.

well, i know some employees from other CC's na ge-profile even though consistent cla sa ilang metrics...i think its purely management's decision although performance could be a determining factor sad.
