ts, you asked a question and almost all of the posts here answered that query. for me both have to change. not only the government or not only the ordinary people.

its a no-brainer that what needs to be fixed is the people itself..![]()
the 1987 constitution is not perfect, and there is no perfect constitution anywhere in the world.
The 60-40 capital requirement sharing in favor of the Filipino was not made out of selfish imagination. remember, the 1987 constitution was made/created in response to a tyranny of the Marcos regime. No one can fault the concon delegates for being too protective. Yes, it needs revision but it doesn't follow that it was created w/ malice.
I think the people already have the will and desire to change. But cannot due to limitations.
Perhaps the government should change to open the opportunities for the latter to follow the same route.
How can we, ourselves, change when the resources that the government provides us are limited and unchangeable?
