    I thought permit to carry is reserved only to militaries and their agents and to some political bodygaurds. I mean if civilian is allowed to carry, what is their purpose?

    Political bodyguards are civilians correct ? Chances are the PTC of a couple of istoryans are more legit and authentic than of thos bodyguards of Osmena , Garcia , Gullas etc .

    Personal protection , business protection , diplomatic protection etc.

    as for the details, i believe spring already mentioned everything.

    mo strikto ra na basta eleksyon, adlaw sa minatay or kung na'ay special program ang presidente but other than that lax ra kaayo.

    it would be safe if kuha gyud ka ug PTC.pila ra man intawn na siya if i-devide nimo ang expences nimo by 365 days kay sa mahasol na ug bayad sa abogado ug uban pang problema kung madakpan ka. r u sure na civies gyud to imong nakit-an kay naa ra ba mga agencies na maka dala ug firearms bisag naka civies i.e. NBI and PDEA
