If naa ka gi pirmahan , that should answer and explain sa confusion nimo that lead to your " kalagot " .

If wala kay gi pirmahan then , go to the office , verify kinsa ang agency na " COLLECTOR " so you can fogure out why mo COLLECT pa sila sa services they didnt provide na .

Ang VERBAL is dili gyud na siya pwede himuong leverage nimo . What if pa gani ang ni sulti ug OK nimo is na terminate na , namatay na , tua na ba sa Qatar nag OFW or just plainly doesnt even work there anymore ?

Here's the story last year i applied for a landline with broadband PLDT and then since our subdivison cant or they say handle the area they offered me the wireless internet and landline bundle which i get and after 2weeks of frustration i go to their office and complaint and then i said i wanted to disconnect the account or close it they said 1year lock period right but the head of the office or i presume to be told me to write a letter and then everything will be alright then i did they thought i cant make a letter i was 19years old at that time i pass it to the office and then they said its already ok so i returned the telephone and internet modem and POP! after a year later and a half going 2 years i guess i recieved a letter from PLDT that i should pay 5.7Kphp if not i will be blacklisted and might have difficulty leaving the country the letter was not from PLDT it was from a lawfirm but still dude this sucks anyways this happen today 4pm any advices?

The reply intended for the TS was the only part were you are to choose which you belong to . Kung naa ba kay gi pirmahan or wala . SCREWED or not , wala pa gi sulti ni TS kung naa ba siyay gi pirmahan na documents .

Not that I support PLDT , wala man ko naka experience ana mga reklamo sa majority diri . SO far , I have good connections , on time assessments and repairs if naa ko complaints etc .

I agree with this. Lisud if you signed something. If you signed on that contract you should've noted that originally it was not wireless on the contract. same with unpaid credit cards, these "law" offices will harass you to get your money. They get commissions from PLDT or the bank once the customer pays. Minsan fake yung Law office, or non-existent, they just use these para manakot ng customer.

My uncle received a similar letter, sent to his former house.. but he is a permanent resident of the US na, so we just ignored it.

That is why we need to know our individual rights also because dili lalim i harass but the point also why these kind of schemes exist is that , we are known to be very EXPLOITIVE . We love to have this and that , use this and that , operate this and that and the sad part is , we knowingly know our capabilities to support this financially .

totally agree with this . one should take responsibility for their actions. if you have signed ts an agreement or lets say a contract then you dont wish to pursue that contract anymore well then you have no choice but to pay them for the whole duration of that said contract. ok lang if wala kay gipirmahan but if you have signed something then there is no way out, there's no getting away with it, so either you pay or get a solicitor and see them in court.

you can be an as$hole and tell them to shove it up to their as$ but at the end of the day,its more money involve and if i were you, kung naa gale mo pinirmahan id rather pay it than go through so much hassles and better charge it to your experience nalang.

PLDT system sucks! last month ila giputol amo internet daw kay wala mi kabayad. 1 month ra akong bill ha. nya ilang service provider sa tigpadala ug billing super late. so sala di ay na sa subscriber... thats why when i called them ako sila giingnan na i wont be paying even a single cent if dili nila ibalik ako internet within 24 hours. then if dili nila mataud i told the customer service nga i will send a letter of request to disconnect my account without paying the charges. kalouy sa Ginoo ila gitaud ang internet within 24 hours but even wala pa ilang bill ako nalang gibayran.

PLDT implemented a system which is very inconvenience sa ilang mga subscriber cuz ilang service provider ilang gikuha couldnt provide the service on time. If i were them dapat magsurvey sila on how to improve their services.....

Medyo pareha2x me og sitwasyon ni TS. Ang ako kay nakaabot nako og 1 year and 2 months sa PLDT. Naputlan ko this month lang kay nadelay lng ko og 3days from the due date then counted as 3months delayed nako kaya gisuspended nila akong connection. Nagbayad ko sa lunes ato den pagkawednesday gisuspend ko nila. 1week pud ko wlay internet ato den dli pwd skoa madugay og wlay net kay naa ko work online. Nagchange ko og new ISP now kay dli pud ko gnhan sa billing style nila sa pldt. Strict kaau and dli muconsider. Dli sa akong new ISP now which is DCTech na mahangyo pa.

Akong pangutana kung ok ra ba dli nako magfile og paputol skong account sa PLDT kay tapos naman among contract na 1 year? Naa pa kaya koy bill next month na gisuspend nman ko nila. I'm assuming pagdli nako icomply akong suspension meaning automatic terminate na akong account and wla nkoy problema sa ilaha. Tama ba ko?
