Its as simple as this :

- If you signed a CONTRACT for a year with them , you have to pay because you are liable for that .
- If wala kay gi pirmahan na contracts or any form that required your signature that you are hooked with them for the enxt 1 2months , then you are good . You dont worry a thing from them .

We have to be responsible CONSUMERS also . Just because we always think na manghadlok ra na sila , di na lang pod ta mamayad . UTANG gud na siya , angay na siya BAYARAN .

Di gani ta capable mo bayad , di ta mag tuga tuga pod gamit , palit , order , etc .

Naa usahay sayop ang firms when they do this because usahay factors ang miscommunication , late replies , confusions etc but dili ni sila buang mo padala ug notice nato pod if we have something that they need

The reply intended for the TS was the only part were you are to choose which you belong to . Kung naa ba kay gi pirmahan or wala . SCREWED or not , wala pa gi sulti ni TS kung naa ba siyay gi pirmahan na documents .

Not that I support PLDT , wala man ko naka experience ana mga reklamo sa majority diri . SO far , I have good connections , on time assessments and repairs if naa ko complaints etc .

I once had a situation, but with Smart (post-paid cell account). They were charging me for two numbers when I only ever had one. Nobody would do anything to resolve the situation. After numerous phone calls to customer service, personal visits to SM outlet and two letters nobody in that company had the fortitude to actually deal with their problem. The only written communications I received from them were demand letters. It went all the way to a collection agency and they were they ones who saw that it was an obvious clerical error and that I had been billed incorrectly for an entire year. They dropped the collection attempts, but I never did get a proper explanation or apology from Smart.

The lesson here is that some of these big companies have completely lost the human touch and consider themselves infallible. Instead of doing proper investigations (ie customer care) they would rather just let their very narrow-minded billing department takeover.
