when man imo target to buy? kai prices change drastically... also a detailed description as to what u want to do with the computer would greatly help with your choices. jst edit your 1st post to include such details.

Also @TS watch your title: Read forum rules.
One thing I can only suggest is just stretch your budget coz its too low...even I got my i3 for 40k+ na wa pajud ma kompleto.
