Owning a Swift is a good thing. Having the pleasure of driving it everyday, however, is the best. From day 1 since purchasing it, never did I have any experience other than AMAZING! And now that a new model has come along I'm sure prospective buyers would also have the pleasure from driving it. Got a friend who bought one and he praised the Swift driving experience just as much. Though I prefer the old look of the Swift, the new look doesn't disappoint either. It has a more streamlined look giving it a sportier feel compared to the more classic look of the old one. The interior though is now better equipped and the leather-wrapped steering wheel is a major plus. Then there is the new audio control instrument panel which is way better. Though I miss the huge storage space below the aircon knobs which I often use in my Swift. However, this I have no complaints about since the soft ride did not compromise the handling of the Swift which is direct, snappy, and precise. As for the engine, well, if you had a Swift then you'd feel right at home. Throttle response is better, however, I don't know why. All in all, the new Swift is very like my old and trusty Swift and since I love my Swift I'm sure that I'm going to love this too. A score of 8 is more likely what it deserves unlike.....
