Memory Loss due to stress

I suffered extreme stressful situation when my girl ended our relationship last night. I took a few tablets of Valium to help me find numbing peace. However, I noticed, when I woke up today, that I could not recall my passwords to almost all my accounts on the internet..gmail, yahoo, facebook...except this one here at istorya. Probably because I was using this just last nyt.

But for all the rest of my emails, everything just went blank. I even forgot where I placed my Vicks inhaler which I always have with me..and my glasses. I forgot where I placed the car keys, and I could not open the combination to my precious tool box.

So this is what memory loss is. Gosh, it is so dreadful and scary.

To the girl who just left me, or..did I had one?

What the......is this the same girl that broke your heart bro? the one that you mentioned in your other thread? or is this ANOTHER girl..whoa lucky you,,,coz the way you did your poetry on your previous thread I thought that you will never ever seek another romance again

But seriously....you broke up AGAIN? there must be something in your life that hinders both of you from having a lasting relationship (meditate on that bro)

i am scared brad. my memory is fading as i type here now.

i am afraid when i log out, i will forget my password and i wont be able to return no more.

last edit: i want to go to the hospital but i forgot where i placed my money.

I have some techniques to get rid of stress but it is effective only when you are taking stress
1. Walk
2. Listen music
3. Drink juices
4. Sitting alone
5. Need calmness
6. Taking long breaths in the fresh air

i can still get in because i wrote the password to this account. i never write down passwords before.

i hope this will serve as lesson to all who come by this thread: ALCOHOL AND DIAZEPAM (VALIUM) IS A VERY DANGEROUS MIXTURE. i regret what i have done. all i wanted was to numb the emotional pain i felt at the time. i feel so dumb and stupid.

do you have any idea what it feels to ask about a pair of shoes only to be told that it is yours?
