She brings strong basis to this bill. I am for it. As for heat stroke, I agree with the people who commented before me. Its not like the students are exposed to the extreme sunlight for hours. The government should provide ample amount of electricfan, airconditioners & proper ventilation. More school buses for students, so to minimize the traffic also.
