to add some... the JO doc should contain at least
- your job/task description
- salary rate
- your benefits/incentives as employee
- company policy
- and other confidential matters regarding client/agent/company related issues
- etc.

after notified by a legal representative with the approval of both parties, that is maybe the right time then that i can considered myself as "HIRED"...
