anyway maybe we should really try this once just to see what the fuss is all about.

by the way guys a little trivia in case you didn't know... the Zubochon lechon was once hailed by Anthony Bourdain as the best roasted pig in one of his episodes in No Reservations. )

not the zubuchon specifically, i think.., the lechon in general.. ang ga accompany nya ang owner lng sa zubuchon...

had lunch there ganiha to check it out.. here's my feedback
- service was great very accommodating and friendly staff
- location is medyo ho-ot lang gamay ra gyud ila place murag mag lamok gyud kong daghan mangaon kay nag abot gyud among siko sa nagkaon sa pikas table.. pero mada rag smile..
- finally the food.. lechon was great a must try coz its not your common cebuano cnt/alejos type di kaayo parat, you can truly taste the herbs infused to its meat.. ang panit kay kagumkum gyud.. pero i was disappointed kay bugnaw man ilang inasal and im not used to eat that way.. pero mada rag smile gihapon.. i also ordered dugo dugo but again not your typical dugo dugo napod medyo bidli gamay kay naa may gata ang iyang lasa.. it maybe sa spices to or gata gyud to.. tried thier chicharon bulakbulak payter pod pero mantikaon lang you can feel the oil inig usap nimo.. pero mada ra gyud ug smile lastly thier 5 pork fried rice was great and must try..

il will surely recommend it to my family and friends gyud pero kung on my own opinion its not a type of resto na maka adik nga halos kada week balikbalikan.. try pod mo guys and share your experience!
