				ok rana, pero naay daghan kuwang if dumbell ra dyud naa pay lain parts sa body nga di ma igo if dumbell ra gud, you need something like barbell, machine for leg presses and peck deck and others. =)
but home workout is good for your health though but don't expect too much improvement..
even olympic athletes go to gym to improve their body... what more us. na nag work ..

				ask lang, unsa man jud imu target? padaku'g muscle? pa-niwang? Upper body and Abs lang? wala'y labot tiil?
