well, if alonso does not finish and schumy goes on to win the brazilian grand prix, then he would be the champion!
and he'll go out with a bang! sadly, i think that's a very long shot. 1 point ra jud ang kailangan ni alonso bisan makadaog pa
si schumy para ma champion si alonso.. hahay..

i wonder how montoya would fare in a ferrari car..

A good point, but then again it was Schumy who develop Ferrari back to their winnings ways, the red car was not reliable before he joined the team.
Will these new drivers live up to that success?

With Massa and Kimi's aggressiveness i think Ferrari can still dominate in the coming years. Though, last year and this year has been dominated by renault. Where's mclaren and bmw? If Alonzo can win this years championship which i think he can. Then I just hope that Alonzo can still be the champion next year during his transition to mclaren. This is exciting!

Felipe Massa wins the Brazilian Grand Prix. Fernando Alonso was second and clinched his second straight World Championship while Renault wins the constructors’ championship. Michael Schumacher never gave up when his tire was punctured, he fought his way back to finish fourth from last place. A nice conclusion to the 2006 season and to Michael Schumacher’s Formula One career.

.. Schumy's retirement was due to many things - big one's. Ferrari is on a revamp, Jean Todt has been appointed CEO at Ferrari while one of their top engineer,Paolo Martinelli, has been promoted to take on a bigger responsiblity at FIAT. here's an article At Ferrari there are some changes for next year. Stefano Domenicali will become Ferrari's Sporting Directory, while Mario Almondo will take over from Ross Brawn to become the team's Technical Director... schumy didn't thinked only of himself but of ferrari as well, if he had stayed for one more year, they'll miss the chance to take Kimi. Glad things worked out as they are....
