I DOUBT Cebu can be a country anytime soon. We still depend on a lot of things.

Our/cebu taxes is not enough to support the whole cebu.
we can't afford to buy defenses and offenses.

our government here is too focused with their image and own business.

yeah we are still developing and trying our best to improve everything but it's not enough to become a nation.
