What irks me is that you all seem to respond to the article... "tungod kay way record ang gipusil". We don't get the benefit of a news article that tells us the victim's background is while we're out walking on the street ... How would you react if this happened right in front of you?
Moingon ra ba ta "Hala! Gipusil! ... kriminal siguro to. Mirisi"... The justice system has come a long way para lang ta malayo sa ingon ani na pamaagi pero it seems we are going right back to it.
