Yes, because you don't seem to know how Makati got P10B in annual income. It was because he worked hard to convert Makati into a city separate from Manila, a move which was strongly opposed by all Makati businessmen at that time because they knew it would lead to higher taxes (cities can tax businesses directly whereas municipalities cannot). So ayaw kog tuyok-tuyoki I'm very familiar with Binay and his history in Makati, the businessmen hated him because they have to pay more taxes, the squatters love him because of freebies.

The reason why Binay worked hard to make Makati a city is not for the benefit of the businessmen there let me assure you of that, it is for the same reason the Radazas worked hard to make Lapu-Lapu a full city. More $$$ for their...

    you fill in the blanks.

Do you also know by the way why spending large sums of money on "services" to the poor is a favorite of corrupt officials? First, because it's easy to steal this kind of money, "services" are not tangible and it's hard to follow a trail of corruption when you are providing freebies. Second, because it's a form of legalized vote buying. He is spending money on people who don't even pay taxes like a modern day Robin Hood except the kind that keeps some of the money for himself =P

Even to this day, Raul Conception, the barangay chair of Forbes Park, one of the businessmen's enclaves in Makati is strongly against Binay. Most businessmen in Makati, the business capital of the Philippines, hate him with a passion.

    Now, you're just being naive...

Kinsa man diay nanginahanglan aning mga serbisyo publiko(education, medicare, etc...) dodong?

Si Jaime Zobel de Ayala? or Si Raul Concepcion ba kaha? Oh come on!

Search word for you - COA (commission on audit)

Research sa lagi... Tsk...tsk... Nagtuo ka kaning so-called "freebies" nga imong giingon dili na sukit-sukiton sa mga auditors? Ultimo tissue paper sa ospital ng makati apilon pa man gani nag audit...

A man who doesn't know the real FACTS behind the story, should just keep his mouth shut to avoid further embarrassment...

Ikaw ang angay maulaw kai dali ra kaau ka ilaron sa mga politiko. Who do you think funds the taxes Binay is using under his name to "help" these people? Did Binay get that out of nothing?

The ayalas built Makati! binay like a cockroach just moved in after the house was already built

you didnt address any of my points.. like how that 10B Peso revenue your so proud of came from charging higher taxes to businesses in Makati by converting it into a city instead of a district. Businessmen didnt ask for that. He's just like Hugo Chavez of Venezuela giving freebies to squatters so he can get re-elected while at the same time enriching himself and laughiing at the people who vote for him.

Education and providing medical care is not the job of a mayor. That's the prerogative of the national government...

    ROFLMFAO!!! Quoted for posterity...

Grabe ko nakakatawa sa imo last line dong, lagpot gud akong laway sa monitor... Diin na nimo nga website nabasa dong? Ever heard of the Local Government Code? Bwahahahahahaha!

Another search term for you dodong - Department of Finance...

Taxes are governed by certain laws... Your so called "higher taxes" are computed by the Department of Finance and not by the LGU herein represented by the City of Makati... Before Binay came into the Makati Picture, Makati businessmen were enjoying High Income while paying taxes that weren't fit(very low) for their income class... Binay simply put everything in it's place and here you go yapping about High Taxes...

High Income = Higher Taxes... Simple Arithmetic... LMFAO at your inability to keep your mouth shut to the point of further humiliating yourself...
